- Answer RFIs
- Collate tender responses, evaluate, negotiate and present total cost to construct as a trade-by-trade breakup
- Engage and administer subcontracts


Stage 5: Construction Management
- Manage and report on site construction works against agreed time, cost, quality and environmental metrics
- Implement safety management plan
- Convene, chair and minute weekly contractor and consultant meetings
