- Provide recommendations on suitable contractors

Stage 5: Project Management
- Manage and report on site construction works against agreed time, cost, quality and environmental metrics
- Implement site safety
- Convene, chair and minute onsite meetings
- Oversee final commissioning, Practical Completion and Occupation Certificate
- Schedule defects and arrange rectification
- As-built documentation & maintenance manuals as required
