The Multipli organisation was facing a lease expiry of October 2024 at their Chatswood leasehold workplace comprising 321 m2 within a C Grade building which they had occupied since 2015. Niche Advisory was appointed in February of 2024 to identify and secure a new leasehold accommodation solution in North Sydney reflecting the property and workplace needs and aspirations of the organisation.

Result:

Niche Advisory issued a brief to market within the North Sydney CBD for a new leasehold accommodation, identifying over 40 complying options and shortlisting 3 options to negotiate through to ‘Best & Final’ status. Niche Advisory secured Multipli a new 5 + 5-year lease over 251 m2 within an A Grade building asset at 54 Miller Street, North Sydney. The deal incorporated a brand-new bespoke Lessor funded fit out ($331,434), 3.5 % annual increases, in addition to a 32% Lessor incentive amortised over the term by way of rental abatement.
